Redundancies & Outplacement
Our specialist HR Team can be brought in to deal with client’s staff facing redundancies. This ensure the full, step by step redundancy process is completed correctly to avoid any possible tribunal situations.
We also provide flexible, affordable individual, group and executive outplacement services to help you and your people take a positive approach to moving forward. Employees can react to redundancy in a positive way if professional support is made available. We can step in to make the process easy by providing your employees a flexible, personally tailored outplacement programme – including career counseling – to build morale and create a positive, productive environment, CV writing and guidance in replying effectively to job advertisements. We recognise outplacement needs have to be provided with on-site outplacement office services. Consequently, we now deliver outplacement more cost effectively at a time and place to suit you, your people and your budget. We offer ‘full service’ redundancy support, and all the tools to perfect each individuals person’s personal performance and change career quickly.
Assessment Centres and Psychometric Testing; to address the competencies you’re looking for in your new temporary and permanent staff
Wolviston will look at your business, culture and ethos and test new and potential candidates either at our in-house Meeting/Conference suite or at a conference centre nearer your office location. This enables Wolviston to find the best fit for your organisation.
Wolviston can assess candidates in a number of ways; looking at aptitude in the form of psychometric testing against comparison groups which are a match to your organisation – these tests are available for a full range of recruitment disciplines; from top senior management, to white collar and blue collar workers. Occupational personality profiling can also be provided to give you a broader picture of the candidate against your identified competencies for the role.
We have assisted our clients with senior level recruitment drives and also for production/process operator positions where we have performed the full recruitment cycle; search and selection, vetting, pre-interview, ability testing, feedback to client, final interview with client, medicals organised, to final candidate placement.
We adhere to robust candidate registration procedures in-line with the BIS (Business Innovation & Skills) and the Recruitment governing body REC (Recruitment, Employment Confederation), to comply with current employment legislation. Where applicable, we can also perform CRB disclosures on your behalf as we are a registered body of the CRB. Again, these can be performed at our office or at your premises by our CRB Liaison Officer.

Wolviston has assisted our clients with management selection by testing at Management and Graduate level as part of the employment screening. Looking at competencies with our clients we have taken candidates through occupational personality profiling to build a better profile on the candidate by having interviews, testing results and a profile fit against their competencies in order to make a more informed decision on the selection process.
Our Trainers have qualified backgrounds in SHL and Criterion – Level A and B psychometric testing and personality profiling. Hands-on, their experience covers complex blue chip organisations across the UK.
