A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well known global company. You will work within the Finance Team on a temporary basis as a Finance and Contracts Administrator to cover a period of Maternity Leave.

This role will initially start on a 12 month fixed term contract. The Finance and Contracts Administrator reports directly to the Financial Controller and is responsible for the effective and accurate provision of a diverse range of finance related administration duties, supporting the finance team and the company as a whole in achieving finance goals and objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of GCSE / ‘O’ level standard Maths & English.
  • Relevant practical experience in an accounts position.
  • Experience of successfully working in and contributing to a workplace team environment.
  • Knowledge & practical application of Financial data management systems.
  • Confident in use and application of Microsoft Office- Word & Excel packages to basic level.
  • Knowledge & application of email systems.
