We are currently recruiting for 2 HR Officers for our client based in Spennymoor, Co. Durham.

The role will involve working across the HR Operations and Data function as and when required which may involve undertaking tasks which cover many functions across HR such as lifecycle of the employee, data or payroll.

Responsible for your own day to day workload within the HR Operations function, relating to the recruitment, contractual changes and the accurate recording and processing of payroll information.  Prioritising and planning workload associated with a wide range of tasks fundamental to an efficient and effective service to all internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will be an associate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development or other relevant professional body and successfully completed the CIPD Advanced Post-Graduate Diploma in HRM/HRD (Level 7) or have a payroll management qualification at degree level.

Candidates are expected to have experience of dealing with complex HR casework in relation to recruitment and contractual changes, relevant experience of HR/Payroll and their systems, with a proven ability to provide an efficient, high quality HR service including producing reports.

A thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of employment law is also needed.
